A key premise
that we have long stressed to many of our clients is the need
to be constantly vigilant to changes in the business environment,
and to adapt to those changes. It is beyond obvious that
any advisory company should practice what they preach, and we
have. In this case we have responded to a number of factors
- among them a dearth of investment capital
for new ventures and a trend towards homogeneous products and
services in the main-stream retail environment. To capitalize
on these trends, we have moved to launch a number of ventures
where we are the sole initiator of the venture, or are doing
it in partnership with one of our clients. The following
is a representative sample of some of our start-ups. |

in early 2011 to provide a durable and versatile organizer
system for vehicles ranging from sedans to minivans & SUV's.
These systems are targeted to higher end customers within
the golf, family, sales and other specialized markets.
They can easily be thought of as a "custom cabinet system"
for your car...

StyliSource.com was launched
in late 2001 in response to the growing demand for accessories
to support the PDA and pen-based systems markets. These
systems manage our personal information, track our shipments,
count our inventory and more. They have become the paper
of the 21st century and like years past, these systems still
need a "writing instrument"...which typically serves as a mouse
and/or data input device. In 2006 the
company acquired StylusCentral.com
to extend its presence in the market, and to expand its product
lines...
