A key premise
that the partners of Genesis Strategies stresses to many of
its clients is the need to be constantly vigilant to changes
in the business environment, and to adapt to those changes.
It is beyond obvious that any advisory company should practice
what they preach, and we have. In this case we have responded
to a number of factors - among them a
dearth of investment capital for new ventures and a trend towards
homogeneous products and services in the main-stream retail
environment. To capitalize on these
trends, we have moved to launch a number of ventures where we
are the sole initiator of the venture, or are doing it in partnership
with one of our clients. The following is a representative

We first met the founders of Conversation
Concepts in late 2008 and, being animal lovers quickly
became enamored with their broad line of amazingly detailed
pet figurines. When we met, the company was beginning
